- The Molise Regional Environmental Protection Agency, established by regional law no. 38 is an instrumental body of the Molise Region, endowed with public legal personality as well as administrative, accounting, technical, patrimonial and managerial autonomy.
Pursuant to art. 5 of the regional law n. 38/99, the Arpa Molise is responsible for exercising the technical-scientific functions and activities for collective prevention and for environmental controls, for the implementation of research initiatives on environmental matters, for the provision of analytical and environmental performance that sanitary.
The Arpa Molise is also responsible for all the tasks attributed to it by law of the State and of the Molise Region or acquired under the conventional regime, in relation to the objectives set by the Regional Council and by the Regional Steering Committee, pursuant to art . 8 of the institutive law.
Arpa Molise organizes and carries out its activities in the manner established according to strict principles of participation, transparency and economy.
