: Nord Stream 2 AG is a project company established for planning, construction and subsequent operation of the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline. The company is based in Zug, Switzerland and owned by Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC) Gazprom. PJSC Gazprom is the largest supplier of natural gas in the world, accounting for approximately 15 percent of world gas production.

The Nord Stream 2 Pipeline will transport natural gas into the European Union to enhance security of supply, support climate goals and strengthen the internal energy market.

Nord Stream 2’s shareholder and financial investors have a great deal of experience in the business of extracting natural gas, building transport networks and bringing gas reliably and safely to the markets where it is required.

Nord Stream 2 AG has the intention to share publicly in-situ marine observation data sets as acquired and processed in the framework of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project. For that purpose, it makes use of EMODnet Ingestion by which the marine environmental data sets will be made available for wider use through inclusion in SeaDataNet and EMOdnet infrastructures. The data submissions comprise data for a number of different disciplines and for those pipeline trajectories that concern countries which agreed on the submission.
