- The Laboratory of Physical Chemistry of the University of Patras is currently one of the three Laboratories belonging to the section of Physical, Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry in the Chemistry Department. The staff belonging to this section, and working in the Physical Chemistry Laboratory, comprises 3 professors, 3 technicians, 3 postgraduates working for a Ph.D. Degree under the supervision of senior staff, and 2 postdoctoral fellows. Since 1984, the Laboratory is located in the new Chemistry buildings of the Patras University. The Laboratory maintains a close cooperation with the NRCPS 'Demokritos', in Athens, as well as with other international research centres and universities. Two of the current research projects of the Laboratory are financially supported by CEC.
