- CNR ISSIA was restructured ob April 2002. It has three main activities such as Robotics, Automation and Measurement systems. It is composed by three sections located in Bari, Genova and Palermo. The activity of the Genova section is more focused to marine activities on meteo -marine data collection, buoy macrofouling, maintenance of an open se buoy, physical characterisation of the marine environment, macrofauna characterisation of marine environment.
