- Created on 1 January 2009, the Strasbourg Laboratory of HYdrology and GEochemistry (LHyGes - UMR 7517, formerly CGS), is a Joint Research Unit under the supervision of the CNRS and the University of Strasbourg, attached to the OSU EOST. Its research topics are: isotope geochemistry and environmental chemistry, reactive transfers in anthropized hydrosystems, numerical methods and tools for continental hydrosystems and the management of the Hydrogeochemical Observatory of the Environment (OHGE), but also water-rock interactions and the development of numerical and experimental modelling for water sciences.
