- The Technology Center Lübeck (TZL) sees itself as multifunctional coordinator of industry, technology and innovation in the Baltic region around Lübeck. It has initiated many general as well as branch-specific cooperation projects among which are "Adco" (Advanced Cooperation: a project concerning the basics of regional cooperation competencies), and "Ikoko" (identification of cooperation competencies: an Internet-based cooperation database). Besides the offices of the Studygroup Medical Technology Schleswig-Holstein (AGMT) and the Travemünde Data Association (TraDaV), the joint telematics company of the Lübeck transport industry, the TZL is also operating the Innovation Center Lübeck (IZL) in the Lübeck city center.
