- The Laboratory of Historical Geology-Paleontology operates a core depository (AUHGP-CR) and a geological-paleontological Museum. At present, LHGP/UATH is developing a computer searchable directory of geological data sets mostly related to the marine and coastal environment. Its coverage will include geological samples obtained by drilling activities both on land and offshore plus cores and seabottom samples obtained offshore in the East Mediterranean Sea. In addition to computer based files, it will also contain references to hard copy data and geological samples stored under appropriate conditions.
