- Black Sea Basin Directorate is a governmental body under the supervision of the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Waters, established in 2002 according EC Water Directive 60/2000 and national legalization. The main duty of the directorate is an integrated management of the waters in Bulgarian Black Sea basin through planning, collecting and providing information and control of the water resources like exclusively state property.
